Payment
All sessions are payable in full in advance.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for sessions once payment has been made.

Rescheduling Policy
Any changes to the agreed appointment dates and times must be made 24 hours prior, otherwise the session fee is forfeited.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be subject to full payment. Rescheduling for late cancellations will be at the coach's discretion.

No-Shows and Late Attendance
If you fail to attend your session or show up late without prior notice, the session will be charged in full. The coach will wait up to 10 minutes before marking the session as a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, we may consider exceptions to the policy. Please reach out directly to discuss your situation.

Confirmation
Once you reschedule a session, you will receive confirmation with the new date and time. Please keep this for your records.
